1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Circly mobile application and related services (“Circly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Circly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.
2. Description of the Service
Circly is a messaging application that allows registered users to:
- exchange text messages;
- create and send short video messages called “circles”;
- communicate with other registered users.
The service is provided “as is”. Circly may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.
3. Eligibility
You may use Circly only if:
- you are at least 13 years old, or you meet the minimum digital-consent age required in your country;
- you are legally allowed to use the service; and
- you have not previously been permanently banned from Circly.
If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
To use Circly, you must register with a valid email address. You must also choose a username that may be visible to other Circly users.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account credentials secure;
- activity performed through your account; and
- notifying Circly if you discover unauthorized access to your account.
4.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the application settings or by contacting oleksandra7544@icloud.com.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Content
Circly must not be used for illegal, abusive, harmful, or technically disruptive activities.
5.1 Illegal Content
You must not send, upload, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5.2 Harmful Content
Prohibited behavior and content includes:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- threats;
- stalking;
- hate speech;
- content encouraging violence against protected groups;
- pornography or explicit sexual content;
- prohibited nudity;
- graphic violence or gore.
These rules also apply to video circles.
5.3 Spam and Abuse
You must not:
- send spam or unsolicited promotional messages;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- attempt to bypass security systems or technical restrictions.
5.4 Technical Abuse
You must not:
- reverse engineer or decompile the application where prohibited by law;
- attempt to obtain Circly source code;
- use bots or automated scripts to abuse the service;
- interfere with Circly servers, infrastructure, or networks.
6. Content Ownership and License
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the text messages and video circles you create through Circly.
6.2 License Required to Operate Circly
By using the service, you grant Circly a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license necessary to:
- store your content;
- process it;
- transmit it to recipients;
- synchronize conversations across devices; and
- optimize video quality depending on network conditions.
This license exists only to operate the service. Circly does not receive the right to sell, advertise, market, or publicly display private user content for unrelated purposes.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Circly may take action when these Terms are violated. Circly may:
- review content when necessary to investigate violations;
- remove prohibited content;
- temporarily suspend accounts; and
- permanently terminate accounts in serious cases.

8. Termination
8.1 Termination by the User
You may stop using Circly and delete your account at any time.
8.2 Termination by Circly
Circly may suspend or terminate an account when:
- you violate these Terms;
- Circly is legally required to do so;
- the account creates a security risk; or
- your activity may harm other users or the service.
After account termination, associated user data should generally be deleted within 30 days unless Circly is legally required to retain certain information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circly is provided “as is” and “as available”. Circly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and Circly cannot guarantee that the service will always be completely secure.
Circly is not responsible for content or actions created by other users. Your use of Circly is at your own risk, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Age Rating and App Store Compliance
Circly currently has a 12+ App Store age rating. Because Circly includes user-generated communication, users may occasionally be exposed to mature or suggestive material even though prohibited inappropriate content is restricted by these Terms.
Circly is intended to comply with applicable Apple App Store requirements. Where Apple’s applicable terms legally take priority, those terms apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
Circly may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, users may be notified through:
- an in-app notification; or
- the email address associated with their account.
Continued use of Circly after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
